With the return of the Corridor Jazz Project and performances by Sail On, Jared Freiburg, and Ernie Hasse & Signature Sound, the city is set to host a series of unforgettable musical events. 1. Corridor Jazz Project

One of Iowa’s top high school jazz events returns to the Community Concert Association! The Corridor Jazz Project has been called “the crown jewel of jazz education in Iowa” by the Iowa Bandmasters Association. The event matches a high school jazz band with a professional jazz player, who go into the studio and make a professionally-produced recording. The 10 schools participating from the Cedar Rapids-Marion area will perform with their guest artists.

2. Sail On (Beach Boys Tribute)
