4. Hope, Zukerman & the Zurich Chamber Orchestra

Danish cellist Jonathan Swensen—the recipient of multiple international awards, including the prestigious Avery Fisher Career Grant—will showcase his talent in the neoclassical brick church in the village of Nossentin. He will be accompanied by fellow Danish cellist Elias Holm. The Danish duo's program will take them on a journey through music history: from Johann Sebastian Bach to Ludwig van Beethoven, Robert Schumann, and Dmitri Shostakovich, they will perform significant works from the cello repertoire.
