7. The Nick Ross Orchestra – The Glenn Miller & Rat Pack Era
The lights soften, the mood settles. An audience waits for that first moment of sound. The Big Band is poised, relaxed, but with eyes anxious for the lead; And then, as if giving body to an echo, the murmured notes of ‘Moonlight Serenade’… and the night, it seems, is suddenly full and timeless.

8. Mike Peters from The Alarm: Love, Hope, Strength.
Showing at The Eric Morecambe Centre… It’s been a remarkable career. Mike Peters, frontman of The Alarm, created one of Britain’s best-loved rock bands at the turn of the 1980s. He filled arenas, enjoyed hits with Sixty Eight Guns Spirit Of ’76, and Absolute Reality, and opened for U2 and Bob Dylan. There’s always been much, much more to the man who was awarded an MBE in 2019. Mike’s a multiple-cancer survivor, whose life story is truly inspiring and extraordinary. To coincide with the publication of his self-penned, multi-edition autobiography – also called Love Hope Strength – Mike is hitting the road. Expect acoustic hits, remarkable stories, and an intimate evening with one of rock’s great survivors. Super VIP and VIP packages Available. Super VIP: £67.50 (this includes best seats, goody bag, pre-show meet’n’greet) VIP £42.50 (goody bag, next best seats). Super VIP ticket holders are advised to arrive at 5:30pm for a 5:45pm start.

9. ABC – An Intimate Evening with Martin Fry
The hits earned their place in pop history. From Poison Arrow to The Look Of Love, from All Of My Heart, and Be Near Me, to When Smokey Sings, ABC were the band that redefined glamour and cool. Led by the charismatic Martin Fry, they enjoyed TransAtlantic success as The Lexicon of Love proved as artful as a Warhol silkscreen, and glossier than Marilyn’s lipstick. ABC’s The Lexicon of Love was a brilliantly distinctive debut album, fizzing with bright ideas, and unapologetically flamboyant. Frontman Martin Fry harked back to a golden era of luxe, as though Cole Porter had been re-imagined among the narrow streets of Sheffield. Little wonder his sleek, opulent, and beautiful debut retains the affection of listeners four decades on. With good reason, it has stood the test of time. And so has Martin Fry, who will bring an evening of stripped-back music and conversation to UK theatres in celebration. His intimate tour follows a sold-out tour of the UK, which included three sell out nights at London Palladium, and coincides with the publication of his autobiography. That’s the look, that’s the look… The Look of love. Super VIP and VIP Packages available. Super VIP:£85.00 (best seats, goody bag, pre-show meet’n’greet) and VIP:£52.50 (a goody bag, next best seats). Super VIP ticket holders advised to arrive at 5:30pm for a 5:45pm start.
