Junkyard Theatre Company proudly present this "tale as old as time" Disney’s Beauty and the Beast Once upon a time, in a faraway land, an Enchantress turns a cruel, unfeeling Prince into a hideous Beast. To break the spell, the Beast must learn to love another and earn her love in return before the last petal falls from an enchanted rose.

Celebrate with us as we mark the 25th Anniversary of the opening of the mighty Compton organ here at the Penistone Paramount. This special event, which features Yorkshire's only cinema pipe organ in an actual cinema, showcases two of the UK's finest exponents of the instrument. Award-winning international star organists - Simon Gledhill and Richard Hills join forces to present a special one-off concert to mark this very special anniversary in style. There'll be music from stage & screen, as well as several duets, specifically arranged to mark the occasion and maybe one or two surprises along the way too.

Join us for a nostalgic afternoon of musical variety from the 1940s to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE Day. Andy Eastwood pays tribute to the great George Formby. Memories of Vera Lynn & Gracie Fields with star vocalist Maggie O’ Hara and Blackpool Tower’s ‘Maestro of Music’ - Phil Kelsall MBE at the Compton organ featuring a salute to wartime organist Reginald Dixon. So ‘Pack up your troubles’ and ‘Sing as we go’, when we ‘Roll out the barrel’ at this VE Day 80th Anniversary show so that ‘We’ll meet again”.

Mark is one of America's most prolific theatre organists, having been featured on numerous award-winning film soundtracks.
