6. Steve Trash
This brand-new show features all new music, new magic, new explanations, and a new Pollution Monster. Pollution Monster? Yes. Pollution Monster! And lots of new funny stuff. It’s a whole new show with the same ecological theme but different content! Woohoo. A terrific STEM based eco-educational show that’s specifically tailored to the school audience. An excellent blend of curriculum based ecological lessons (with lesson plans), awesome green themed magic tricks, music and craziness that kids find irresistible. Kids will take home a new understanding of their connection to the planet.

8. Arturo Sandoval
Arturo Sandoval is one of the most acclaimed musicians in contemporary jazz. Born just outside Havana, Sandoval has been and continues to be one of the most ardent champions of not only Latin jazz but the broader influence of Latin music on jazz. Maybe that’s what happens when your mentor is Dizzy Gillespie, a longtime explorer of Latin music. He’s a favorite of filmmakers looking to add a Latin tinge to a score or soundtrack. In fact, he’s the subject of a film, For Love or Country, which recounts his and his family’s defection from Cuba to the U.S. (Andy Garcia portrayed Sandoval, who wrote the score, which won an Emmy.

9. Debussy’s La Mer
Immerse yourself in the beauty of the sea. Start by discovering Garth Neustadter’s Seaborne, the TFO debut of a stunning 30-minute concerto for six percussionists, orchestra and big-screen film that honors our oceans – featuring the popular Percussion Collective. Then voyage into Debussy’s classic La Mer, filled with mesmerizing waves of power and peace. Rounding out the program is Sibelius’ The Oceanides. Chelsea Gallo conducts.

10. Sal Vulcano
Impractical Jokers combines the hidden-camera humor of Candid Camera with the jokers’ unstoppable quest to humiliate each other. Sal Vulcano and his fellow jokers emerged from an improv/sketch comedy crew called The Tenderloins. The ‘Loins made a successful transition to posting online material which evolved into Impractical Jokers. Sal’s leaving the gang behind for this tour, performing an evening of solo stand-up.
