1. SESSANTA V 2.0: Primus, Puscifer, A Perfect Circle
Sessanta is a special 2024 concert tour with Puscifer, Primus and A Perfect Circle in celebration of singer Maynard James Keenan’s 60th birthday. Each of the 18 shows on the U.S. trek will feature all three bands on stage at once with a number of special guests helping the Tool, Puscifer and A Perfect Circle frontman welcome in his sixth decade. Each group will have its own distinctive set, but players from all three alt-metal acts will join in, rotate and surprise as the evening unfolds. Billed by Keenan as "kind of like 'We Are the World' without the bleachers and plastic surgery," Sessanta is also a resurrection and evolution of Cinquanta: the one-night-only Los Angeles event that rang in Keenan’s 50th birthday in 2014.

3. Tedeschi Trucks Band
Tedeschi Trucks Band is a 12-piece blues-rock ensemble led by guitarists Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks. They are road warriors, often playing more than 200 dates a year. 2011's Revelator, their Grammy-winning Sony Masterworks debut, showcased a sound deeply grounded in roots music that cuts across and entwines blues, rock, jazz, soul, gospel, funk, country, various African musics, and Indian raga. 2012's Live: Everybody's Talkin' revealed a penchant for inventive covers, and a preference for improvisation. 2013's Made Up Mind included collaborations with songwriters including Eric Krasno and Sonya Kitchell. 2017's Let Me Get By, was co-written by the entire band. 2018's Live from the Fox Oakland also won a Grammy. 2019's Signs was composed of all-original material. It was the last to include keyboardist Kofi Burbridge, who died of a heart attack on its release date. In 2021, TTB released Layla Revisited [Live at LOCKN'] with special guest Trey Anastasio. During the summer of 2022, they released their most ambitious project, the four-LP set I Am the Moon. Each release -- I Am the Moon I: Crescent; II: Ascension; III: The Fall; IV: Farewell -- was accompanied by a corresponding film. – AllMusic.com

8. The Black Keys
Originally a raw, visceral blues-rock outfit inspired by the likes of such juke joint rockers as Junior Kimbrough, The Black Keys have expanded their purview after mastering their garagey roar with Rubber Factory in 2004. Making the leap to the major-label Nonesuch, the duo of guitarist/vocalist Dan Auerbach and drummer Patrick Carney dove into heady psychedelic territory, sometimes assisted by producer Danger Mouse. The band's collaborations with the adventurous hip-hop producer opened the doors to a variety of sounds, colors, and textures, a broadened palette they'd channel onto sharp songs on their platinum-selling albums Brothers and El Camino, both arriving in the early years of the 2000s. After the trippy 2014 album Turn Blue, the Black Keys took an extended hiatus through the back half of the 2010s, during which time Auerbach set up his Easy Eye Sound studio and label. The duo returned with renewed vigor on 2019's Let's Rock, maintaining that momentum with the blues covers album Delta Kream in 2021 and the hard-grooving, guest-heavy Ohio Players in 2024. – AllMusic.com

9. Bailey Zimmerman
As a spellbinding storyteller, sharp songwriter, powerhouse performer and history-making, platinum-certified phenomenon, Bailey Zimmerman has personified the American dream from the get-go. And now, with the release of his full-length debut LP, Religiously. The Album. (Warner Music Nashville/Elektra), this young artist with the rasp of a seasoned rocker and the heart of a sensitive songwriter surges to the forefront of 21st century country music and arrives at the cusp of superstardom. The album finds Zimmerman making a statement, amplifying tried-and-true country stories with unapologetic arena rock ambition and electrifying power from every angle. Alongside current single and title track “Religiously,” the album features his Multi-Platinum, debut #1 single, “Fall In Love,” alongside his most recent Multi-Platinum hit, “Rock And A Hard Place,” which spent a whopping six consecutive weeks at the top of Billboard’s Country Airplay Chart in addition to being his first Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 hit to date. Both tracks were also included on his record-shattering debut EP, Leave The Light On, which made history upon release as the biggest streaming country debut of all time and the most-streamed all-genre debut of the year. Quickly closing in on 2 billion streams and counting, Zimmerman closed out 2022 as the year’s only country artist to receive two Platinum certifications from the RIAA and was named Billboard’s #2 Top New Country Artist and #4 Top New Artist Overall. The 2023 ACM Awards New Male Artist of the Year nominee and CMT Music Awards multi-nominee has ignited television audiences with show-stopping performances on Good Morning America, Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, Jimmy Kimmel LIVE! and the 58th Academy of Country Music Awards, and incited critical applause from Forbes, Rolling Stone, The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Billboard and many more. He’s out on the road now with Morgan Wallen as part of his monumental 2023 One Night At A Time Tour, and already selling out football stadiums coast-to-coast including SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, Wrigley Field in Chicago and Truist Park in Atlanta.

10. Luke Bryan
With his easygoing, guy-next-door charm, Luke Bryan is one of the defining figures of bro-country, the strand of party-hearty music that dominated mainstream country in the 2010s. Bryan embodies the sweeter, friendlier side of bro-country. He sings about trucks, country girls, beer, and the outdoors -- the prevalent themes of his subgenre -- and he does it to a big, bright beat that borrows from pop and rock but conveys 21st century country: music made for suburbs and sports bars, not backwoods honk tonks. All these elements were in place on Bryan's earliest hits "All My Friends Say," "Rain Is a Good Thing," and "Country Girl (Shake It for Me)," but as he began to have a steady string of Billboard Country Airplay hits in the early 2010s, he emphasized his sentimental side, evident on such slow-burners as "Drink a Beer" and "Play It Again," while underscoring his inviting nature with such songs as "Most People Are Good."
