Deathbomb Arc Records celebrates the release of Farming [Ted Hearne, The Crossing, Donald Nally] with the screening of a new film scored to the album, and a live set of music by Ted Hearne, Taylor Levine (guitar), and Rohan Chander aka BAKUDI SCREAM (electronics and keyboards). Cellist and composer Dorothy Carlos plays an opening set. 

Farming is an uncategorizable album — an unholy marriage of ersatz Americana, digitally altered choral arrangements (featuring the incredible Philadelphia-based choir The Crossing), and hyperpop’s synapse-frying maximalism — inverting technology’s smoothing impulses in favor of an unwieldy, knotty expression of modern ennui and alienation.
