What Is It?

Roskilde bibliotek

A hard-hitting cocktail of offbeat stunts, raw physicality and cringe-worthy embarrassments. DON GNU, in collaboration with director Kamilla Wargo Brekling, takes on the modern woman and challenges society's expectations of how women should be. An explosive dance performance in which three women take the floor and the helm.

K.I.S.S. (Women in Socks and Sandals)

Limfjordsteatret

INRenaissanceis the older woman's story that is in focus. Here, 10 female actors over the age of 67 take to the stage at Nørrebro Teater in an honest, strong and wild examination of their lives as they now see them. Because what is it like to live as a woman at that age, in a society that cultivates youth and renewal?

Renæssance

Nørrebro Teater

Women are overlooked - even in history books - and historian Gry Jexen decided to change that. The result was the book Kvinde kend din historie, which gives women in Danish history the place they deserve.

woman know your story

Odense Teater

Christmas performance by Teatret Lampe, freely based on Charles Dickens' classic A Christmas Carol. Presented by one actor with shadow play, objects, and newly composed Christmas music. Ages 3–9, runtime 35 min.

A Christmas Adventure

BaggårdTeatret

A dance performance for the youngest children. Through movement and dance, the dancers explore both the body and the space. Duration: 40 min. Age group: 0-5 years.

Hvad er det?

A bubbly, fresh physical performance with three dancers, four chairs, a lamp and a table. The body can do all sorts of things. But what should the body do? It should sit properly, shouldn't it! Why do we do what we do? And why are we allowed to do what we're allowed to do? And why must we not do what we must not do? Now we turn what we have learned upside down!
