Hannibal orders nothing but hanging. His days drag on boringly, while Bestie knits chickens, and the parents endlessly tell how healthy boys made time pass in the old days. But Hannibal doesn't think it's as much fun as when Dad was a boy, so he just keeps hanging. It's not until the talking dog Jerry moves in that everyday life takes on color, and the two become the best friends in the world.
