Robert Glasper, a five-time Grammy winner and Emmy Award recipient, is celebrated for his groundbreaking crossover album "Black Radio," which won him a Grammy for Best R&B Album. His contributions to Kendrick Lamar's "To Pimp A Butterfly" have solidified his position as a key figure in contemporary music, collaborating with legends like Mos Def, Bilal, Lupe Fiasco, Jill Scott, and Erykah Badu. The ongoing "Black Radio" series continues to define his career, with "Black Radio III" securing another Grammy for Best R&B Album in 2023.

Joining Robert Glasper is the surrealist blues poet and community organizer, aja monet, whose debut album "when the poems do what they do" explores themes of Black resistance, love, and joy. The album features a host of esteemed musicians and vocalists, promising an evening of powerful performances and collaborations.
