CARION is a Danish/Swedish/Latvian wind quintet, which is both well-founded in the traditional classical wind quintet repertoire, but has also achieved enthusiastic reviews for their performances of lesser-known and newer repertoire within the wind quintet genre in many places in Europe, the USA, and Brazil. The quintet has collaborated with contemporary composers such as Jeppe Just, Renate Stivrina, Andris Szenitis, Britta Byström and Anders Nordentoft.
