Kristian Lilholt turns 70 – and goes on an anniversary tour
In 2026, one of Denmark's most respected musicians, Kristian Lilholt, can celebrate two major milestones: 70 years around the sun – and 45 years as a professional musician. This will be marked with both a new, 15th album under his own name and a nationwide anniversary tour in the autumn.

Kristian Lilholt has thrilled audiences for decades with his unique ability to combine melodic poetry with presence and depth. From the early years in the Lilholt Band to the magnificent, cross-artistic LAND projects, the wonderful instrumental music and the intimate solo concerts, he has left a significant mark on the Danish music scene.
