The Senate of the Republic of Poland has declared 2025 the Year of Rev. Prof. Józef Tischner – an eminent philosopher, pastor, and teacher of freedom. To mark this occasion, we invite you to a special concert, "Swoje se myśli, czyli Tischner nie tylko po góralsku" (Your Own Thoughts, or Tischner Not Only in the Highlander Style) , which will explore his way of thinking, sense of humor, and faith in humanity.
It will be an evening full of wisdom, music, and positive energy. The stage will feature words and sounds that – as Tischner himself – can move, make you laugh, and provoke reflection. We will hear stories of freedom, encounters with others, of God, and of the mountains, which Rev. Tischner loved with all his heart.
