“Shades of Heart” is the debut album by Vytenis Danielius, inviting the listener to an emotional journey that intertwines the sophistication of classical music, the freedom of jazz improvisation, and the warmth of contemporary music. Each piece seems to reflect the shades of the heart: some are filled with light and hope, others with melancholy or introspection. V. Danielius is an accordionist, multi-instrumentalist, composer, and laureate of prestigious accordion competitions. His musical activity includes performances at famous international festivals in Europe, Asia, and elsewhere. Having studied in Lithuania and interning in Italy, the Netherlands, and Latvia, the performer obtained three diplomas of higher music education – in the fields of classical accordion, jazz vocals, and saxophone. Such diverse experience shaped his wide musical spectrum: from classical music interpretations to jazz improvisation.
