Clarinetist

On this musical journey to the city of love, the program includes works by Claude Debussy and Maurice Ravel, as well as the rarely heard Quintet in A major by Jean Cras, who during his lifetime not only pursued a career as a composer but also as an admiral in the French Navy. Unfortunately, this concert had to be cancelled in October. We are all the more pleased to be able to present this program to you now.

Viennese Classical in E-flat major

Autumn is coming. As every year, the animals in the forest are gathering provisions for the cold winter. An elderly squirrel is among them. But when the first snow falls and its stomach rumbles with hunger, it can no longer find its painstakingly collected winter stores. Has it truly forgotten where the nuts and acorns are hidden, or have they even been stolen? Luckily, its forest friends come to its aid just in time. A woodwind quartet and a narrator bring this story of friendship, support, and honesty to life in the foyer of the city theater.
