In a bicycle shop, a man writes a love poem into the void. In the park, one woman convinces another to vote for a new gun control law. In the polluted river, anglers discover dead fish. Our gaze repeatedly returns to the apartment of the couple Erik and Nino, who, almost unintentionally, are slowly drifting apart.
