Born into a musical family in Salzburg, she began playing the cello at the age of five and made her debut at fourteen. Today, she is one of the most sought-after artists of her generation. Those with a special fondness for the cello will find this “Watch This Space” concert at Werksviertel-Mitte particularly rewarding, as Julia Hagen will perform alongside seven other outstanding cellists from the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra.
