Roberto Andò directs Lino Musella and a large cast of performers in a moving and impressive production that pays tribute to the unforgettable voice of Enzo Moscato. Philosopher, poet, playwright, director, and actor, Moscato was a leading exponent of what was called the "new Neapolitan drama" in the 1980s. His unmistakable writing—a musical and effortless distillation of Neapolitan dialect, Italian, French, Spanish, English, German, Greek, and Latin—becomes both material and stage, delving deeply into the viscera and soul, expressing the concrete and metaphorical fragility of the body of Naples. Musella is joined on stage by Tonino Taiuti, Flo, Lello Giulivo, Giuseppe Affinito, Vincenzo Pasquariello, Ivano Battiston, Lello Pirone, Eleonora Limongi, and twelve other artists.
