Ciccio Speranza is a fat but light-hearted boy, with a soul so delicate he could be mistaken for a graceful Northern European princess. He lives in an old provincial shack where he feels suffocated, and has a dream too big to remain in a rotten wooden drawer: he wants to dance. In a desolate province, where fathers impose ancient destinies on their sons like unwritten laws, a fierce and timeless conflict unfolds, reminiscent of Gavino Ledda's Padre Padrone. This is where Alberto Fumagalli's show takes shape: a raw and poignant fairy tale, suspended between tragedy and poetry, performed by Damiano Spitaleri, Alberto Gandolfo, and Federico Bizzarri, who bring to life a stark, moving, and luminous show that has toured Italy for years with great success.
