A jazz orchestra that was established in connection with the Aarhus Jazz Club's 15th anniversary concert in 2015. Seven experienced and enthusiastic musicians who enjoy playing together and who, through intense orchestral rehearsals, have practiced a unique repertoire from the hot swing and jazz music from America in the 20s, 30s and 40s.

An introduction to this band is almost superfluous. For more than 60 years, they have rightfully been able to call themselves the city's jazz ambassadors and have spread good swinging jazz music throughout the country and far beyond its borders. Even though the musicians who started the band in 1956 are no longer with the band, the style and sound are Bourbon's own, and of course they have evolved, but it still swings!
