Organist

Einsiedeln Abbey and its church are among the most important Baroque buildings north of the Alps. Inside, the frescoes and stucco work by the brothers Cosmas Damian and Egid Quirin Asam lend the building a breathtaking splendor that attracts thousands of visitors every year.

Three different spaces within the monastery will be brought to life through music during this promenade concert. The Zurich Chamber Orchestra (ZKO), performing in various formations from a quintet to a full chamber orchestra, will present a succession of half-hour programs in each space.
