Once upon a time there was a boy who was so thirsty that he could drink an ocean! He asked his parents for a glass of milk, but his mother had no time, and his father had no time either – and so he packed his favorite things in his backpack and set out into the world to find his grandmother, because she always gave him a big glass of cold milk and a freshly baked cake. And afterward, he was allowed to play with the fine things she kept on her shelf. But it's not so easy to find the way to Grandma's house. For the world is big, and it is full of strange creatures … and peculiar shadows!

The Boy Who Could Drink an Ocean

Horsens Byskole afd. Kildegade

A gripping Greenlandic heroic ballad about a girl who saves her family. A moving tale about a little Greenlandic heroine who miraculously creates her very first song and in that same moment, saves her family. The performance is about courage, about those moments when something greater takes over, and about breaking the rules when it's most necessary.
