Virtuosity and lyricism take center stage as Florence Symphony Orchestra saxophonist Rod Brown performs Alexander Glazunov’s beloved Concerto for Saxophone and Strings.Paired with the sparkling energy of Glinka’s Overture to Ruslan and Lyudmila and the rich emotional landscape of Brahms’ Symphony No. 3, this program offers a compelling blend of brilliance, warmth, and expressive power.
