Ruinerne blends role-playing and musical theater in a story that imagines new worlds in the ruins of this one. We meet a group of beings who, for various reasons, have been forced to leave home and now try to build their own small, utopian community in some abandoned ruins.

Ruinerne

FÆNGSLET, Parken

About capitalism and love — and about imagining other ways of organizing society. Live action role-play and song are used to conjure new worlds from the ruins of the existing one. In the story, we meet a group of beings who have created their own alternative society. Each of them brings their own melody, and together they try to find a shared song that they can sing and pass on to future generations.

The Ruins

Gurre Slot

Ruinerne is a musical-inspired performance that imagines new worlds in the ruins of this one. We meet a group of beings trying to create their own small, utopian community in some abandoned ruins. Songs become the new, shared language.
