A musical family performance by Nørregaards Teater, freely created after Jesper Wung-Sung's picture book. When God had finished creating the earth, the people, the animals and all the plants, he got a headache. But on the seventh day he had a plan: a deckchair, beer and no work.

Camels Come Last

BaggårdTeatret

It has become spring, the sun stands high in the sky, the birds are singing, the insects are buzzing, and out of his winter den comes a hungry, soft-hearted male bear. Once he is nicely full, he begins to think about how big and good a father he would become – but how? From some of the forest's animals comes one incredible story after another – naive and trusting, he tries to do as they say. He tries to lay eggs, and he believes the hare's strange tale. None of the many pieces of advice works – but then, at last, one day, the miracle happens…
