In this lively family concert, actor Jens Andersen takes the audience into the musical world of Carl Nielsen. With humor, imagination and drama, and together with the Aarhus Symphony Orchestra, the story of Carl unfolds in close interplay with the music. The concert features well-known songs such as "Jeg ved en lærkerede" and "Solen er så rød, mor" as well as excerpts from Carl Nielsen's Symphony No. 2 and Symphony No. 3. A collaborative concert with the Royal Danish Academy of Music, Aarhus. The concert is supported by the Carl Nielsen and Anne Marie Carl-Nielsen Foundation.
