Kråkeslåtter

DGI Huset

Welcome to a concert with Signe Førre, the singing bassist who first visited the jazz club in 2022. The musical intensity and rhythmic complexity of the cultural heritage of the Balkan Peninsula have led Signe Førre to want to blend this with the distinctive Norwegian musical tradition. The music is a journey into Signe's musical universe, where folk music and jazz merge, with singing in Serbian, Macedonian, English, Norwegian and Bulgarian.
