Théâtre KOKOLAMPOE

In this autobiographical monologue, Matilda tells us how she won her freedom by defying the norms that, because of her identity as a Black, Haitian, intellectual, and gay woman, tried to reduce her to a stereotype. With humor and gravity, she speaks of the social, intimate, and identity-based obstacles that shaped her, but also of the joy of having found her voice.
