His writing credits span a star-studded roster, from Barbra Streisand to Luther Vandross, with whom he won the 2004 Grammy for Song of the Year with “Dance with My Father.” In 2020, he released Limitless, followed by his memoir, Stories to Tell, a national bestseller whose soundtrack also achieved commercial success.
