Hopes of commercial success have been reawakened. Pligten Kalder therefore takes the bull by the horns, turns up the ambitions, and has decided that the people shall have what the people want. And what do the people want most of all? They cry out for something both Sad and Self-Indulgent. A genre Pligten Kalder has invented and defined through their art over many years. This is the universe the quartet intends to cultivate with extra gut-wrenching, bitter intensity this autumn.
