This remarkable event marks the ensemble's first appearance at the festival in five years, promising an extraordinary showcase of jazz music led by the legendary trumpeter Wynton Marsalis.

The evening will feature a vibrant selection of jazz pieces, announced live from the stage, performed by the all-star orchestra. Under the musical direction of Wynton Marsalis, the ensemble will explore the rich history of jazz, presenting both classic compositions and innovative new works. The lineup includes renowned musicians such as Ryan Kisor, Kenny Rampton, Marcus Printup on trumpets; Vincent Gardner, Chris Crenshaw, Elliot Mason on trombones; and a stellar saxophone section with Sherman Irby, Ted Nash, Victor Goines, Walter Blanding, and Paul Nedzela. The rhythm section boasts Dan Nimmer on piano, Carlos Henriquez on bass, and Obed Calvaire on drums.

This concert is a highlight of the Skaneateles Festival's Saturday evening concerts series, taking place at the scenic Robinson Pavilion at Anyela’s Vineyards.
