After eight years as the conductor of the OPRL, Daniel Weissmann is embarking on new horizons. Also an accomplished violist, he bids farewell with Mozart's Sinfonia Concertante, a tender and sunny work that he shares with his fellow musicians George Tudorache and Gergely Madaras. Originating in Italy, Mendelssohn's Fourth Symphony (1833) radiates with the joy of life inspired by the landscapes of Rome; it culminates in a whirlwind saltarello, an impetuous dance from the world of Latin shepherds.

This event promises an unforgettable evening dedicated to the works of the red-haired priest from Venice, Antonio Vivaldi.
