Bringing art within the reach of the very young through a wide range of offerings such as puppetry, readings, performances, and exhibitions, the "Festival Babillage" is already celebrating its 20th year and has partnered with the OPRL for this special occasion! In the Philharmonic Hall, a suspended moment is offered as a duo experience for babies and parents, featuring a storyteller and a string quintet. In the realm of words and music, with a touch of wings and strings, poems and notes... the magic happens, allowing for a gentle flight of both children and adults into the world of art and creativity!
