The German composer Max Reger and the Belgian composer Joseph Jongen would have turned 150 years old in 2023. Jean-Baptiste Dupont, the titular organist of the Bordeaux Cathedral, puts their works into perspective alongside those of composers they particularly admired, from Bach to Ravel, including Fauré and Debussy. Jean-Baptiste Dupont is also one of the most talented improvisers of his generation and has been a laureate in numerous international competitions.
