The Chamber Series is designed to showcase the artistry of Lansing Symphony musicians in a special setting and to introduce audiences to talented artists and classical programming. All Chamber Series concerts are performed at Molly Grove Chapel at First Presbyterian Church of Lansing.

Experience an enchanting evening of artistry and music with the Jackson Symphony Orchestra's latest venture, "Play. Dance. Paint." This virtual collaboration brings together the talents of the Jackson Symphony Orchestra, Ballet Chelsea, and the Jackson School of the Arts, creating a unique celebration of community creativity. Delight in a performance that blends the visual and auditory, featuring classical masterpieces such as Vivaldi's "Winter" from The Four Seasons, alongside compositions by Beethoven, Grieg, Prokofiev, and more. 

This innovative program will be accessible online, starting Friday, April 23rd, at 8:00 pm, with the added bonus of live commentary from Maestro Aubin. Available on the JSO website, Facebook, and YouTube pages, this event promises to be a visually stimulating and musically brilliant showcase.

Highlighting the event are featured musicians of exceptional talent and recognition. David Peshlakai, celebrated for his mastery of the cello, brings his rich experience from performing with several symphony orchestras across Michigan. Ji Hyun Kim, a violinist with a dynamic multicultural background, has graced stages worldwide and now contributes her expertise to the local music community. Patrick Johnson, known for his skillful piano performances, complements this distinguished group, having collaborated with numerous ensembles and orchestras.

The program includes a selection of evocative pieces:
- Antonio Vivaldi's "Winter" from The Four Seasons
- Edvard Grieg's Holberg Suite, Op. 40
- Sergei Prokofiev's Troika from Lieutenant Kijé Suite, op.60
- Beethoven's Variations for Cello and piano
- Michael Boyman's Tango for String Orchestra and Piano
