From Johann Sebastian Bach’s boundless musical imagination came six brilliant masterpieces: the Brandenburg Concertos. Full of unbridled virtuosity and spirit, KSO musicians take center stage for this Bachtoberfest celebration. Béla Bartók brings to life four eccentric musical characters in one of his most popular works, Music for Strings, Percussion and Celesta. Sami Seif’s Glory to the Voice rounds out the concert with a fresh take on a traditional hymn.
