Join the Coachella Valley Symphony for an enchanting evening as they present "Pixar in Concert," a free concert event celebrating 25 years of Disney and Pixar's magical music and animation. This captivating performance is scheduled for Saturday, April 20, at 7:30 PM at the Rancho Mirage Amphitheater. Under the baton of conductor John Mario, the symphony will bring to life the music from 15 Pixar classics, including the pioneering "Toy Story" (1995), and Academy Award-winning films such as "Finding Nemo," "The Incredibles," "Ratatouille," "WALL-E," "Up," and "Coco." Audiences will be treated to score highlights by Oscar and Grammy-winning composers like Randy Newman and Michael Giacchino, accompanied by full-scale cinematic visuals projected above the live musical performances.

This event is part of the Coachella Valley Symphony's 30th anniversary celebrations, marking three decades of bringing live symphonic performances to the community. Dr. Lisa Lindley, CEO of the Coachella Valley Symphony, expresses gratitude for the support from the city and sponsors, which has made this season possible. The symphony's mission is to perpetuate live symphony music, provide performance venues for both accomplished and emerging musicians, support musical education, and celebrate diversity in music and individuals.

Food and beverage will be available for purchase from Willie’s Bistro, with doors opening at 6:00 PM. Please note, no outside food or beverage is allowed, and only service dogs are permitted on the premises.
