Berlin-based composer Catherine Lamb weaves together six voices with an ensemble that includes a just intonation electric guitar and retuned celtic harp. Together, they explore forms drawn from harmony and timbre, and based on the natural tunings of just intonation. Music by Lamb's teacher, James Tenney, opens the night, juxtaposed with Reich's electrifying Eight Lines providing a more propulsive energy.

During the evening's journey, they will report on the endangered diversity of their favourite gastropods, and explain why these creatures are severely affected by the current extinction of species.
