With libretto by founding Artistic Director of Lyric Opera OC, Diana Farrell, and music by Los Angeles based composer Brooke deRosa, this new opera is based on the haunting 1876 novella by Charlotte Perkins Gilman. Lyric Opera OC makes its Carnegie Hall debut with this thrilling world premiere, one night only in NYC! Join us Friday, January 31st for the first ever performance of this captivating work for three voices and a 6 piece chamber orchestra before it appears anywhere else.
