The concert will also showcase Andrew Balfour's "Mamachimowin," a piece for orchestra and choir that explores the intricate relationship between Canada and the First Nations, and Claude Vivier's "Lonely Child," a mesmerizing composition for orchestra and soprano that bridges the gap between reality and imagination.
