The highlight of the evening is Handel’s "Silete venti," a spectacular solo motet for soprano and Baroque orchestra that showcases the composer's mastery in creating operatic scenes within a deeply religious context. The performance will also include enchanting pieces by Johann Joseph Fux, Johann Schmeltzer, Jean-Philippe Rameau, and others, spotlighting the exceptional talents of Ars Lyrica ensemble members.

Featuring the virtuosic Sherezade Panthaki as soprano, alongside Kathryn Montoya on oboe/recorder and Andrew Fouts on violin, "Ecstatic Visions" is set to be a highlight of Ars Lyrica's 20th anniversary season, celebrating 20 Years of Magic.
