Scored by the Oscar-winning team of Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, including some brand new material specially for this adaptation, the show's book is by High School Musical: The Musical's Tim Federle and the production is led by Mean Girls director Casey Nicholaw. **Synopsis:**  
The story follows Cady Heron, who, after growing up on an African savanna, is unprepared for the cutthroat climate of suburban Illinois. As Cady plots to overthrow Regina's rule, she discovers the high stakes of crossing the queen bee of high school.
