Musical instruments often represent different animals, or maybe they are actually animals themselves! Come and find animals hidden in our orchestra and in our music. Fun for the whole family. Animal costumes encouraged!

Lesher Center for the Arts

This concert travels from music by a Hungarian refugee in New York, to an African-American composing music inspired by the sounds of the Gold Rush era, to a transcendent and meditative work by a composer born in Mississippi and inspired by the landscapes of Alaska.
