St. Louis composer Blake Hernton synthesizes the influences of his sound journey to present his new work for voice and strings. A member of the Boulanger dynasty sets the stage for a contemporary tribute and the distinctive voice of Jessie Montgomery intersects with the legacy of Leonard Bernstein in a work that illuminates and inspires.
