Ankur Tewari (Opens in a new window)has been writing and releasing music as an independent artist since 1998. He released his debut album, Jannat, in 2008 and even dropped a double album called Side A (2016) and Side B (2017). Tewari’s recent single releases include “Aahista” and “Bhool Gaye.” Some music he has put out is catered towards kids, with his records for children entitled Bachcha Party, Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 out via Sony Music in 2017 and 2018 respectively, and Aaja Nindiya out via Tiger Baby Records in 2023, a music label with a focus on telling compelling stories from the world of audio.
