IU Contemporary Dance presents New Moves/New Directions, a concert of capstone projects created by the IUCD B.F.A. Class of 2024. With works by IU Theatre + Dance majors and guest artists, IUCD seniors will share an innovative presentation of movement and choreography.

A mother's hopes for her son clash with an educational system rigged against him. With profound compassion and lyricism, Pipeline brings an urgent conversation powerfully to the fore.

The At First Sight New Work Festival's 2024 showcase production is a brand new musical with book, music, and lyrics by third year MFA playwriting candidate David Davila. In Vox-Pop! a Post-Democratic Musical, a group of rebel troubadours is surrounded on all sides by the deadly forces of an oppressive regime. In their last few moments of freedom they have only one chance left to pass along the tale of Vox Populi, a sacred secret that tells of the rise and fall of a great mythical society. Can they pass along the legend to their children before they're captured, and save future democracies from corruption? Or, is there no such thing as democracy without corruption?
