“Experience an afternoon of sensual color, lyrical beauty, and a world premiere as we welcome back acclaimed soprano Nicole Cabell following her celebrated appearance last season in Maurice Delage’s mesmerizing Quatre poèmes hindous. The program journeys from the intimate reflection of a new Chamber Music Rochester commission for solo violin by Clarice Assad and the sparkling elegance of Maurice Ravel’s Introduction and Allegro to the profound warmth and autumnal richness of Johannes Brahms’s beloved Clarinet Quintet.”
