**Pop-up Opera 2024: A Scottish Opera Experience**

This summer, Scottish Opera invites you to immerse yourself in the enchanting world of opera with its Pop-up Opera 2024 series. Running from 25 May to 29 June, the series will bring the magic of opera to various locations across Scotland, including Perth, Falkirk, Wigtown, Moniaive, Ayr, West Kilbride, Whiting Bay, Coatbridge, Bishopbriggs, Shotts, Lochcarron, Balintore, Helmsdale, Stromness, and St Margaret's Hope.

**About the Show**

Pop-up Opera 2024 offers a unique opera experience with specially-created 30-minute performances of "The Merry Widow" & "Don Giovanni". These performances are designed to captivate audiences of all ages, featuring two singers, instrumentalists, and a beautiful set of illustrations that bring the stories to life. 

**A Little Bit of The Merry Widow** and **A Little Bit of Don Giovanni** are cleverly rewritten versions of beloved classics. The former is the ultimate romantic comedy, while the latter tells a moody story of one man’s fate. Both operas have been arranged by Derek Clark, with words by Allan Dunn, ensuring an engaging and accessible opera experience.

- **Ticket Price:** £7 per 30-minute show, booked separately. Special double-bill performances on Friday 14th June and Wednesday 19th June are available for £12.
