The concert showcases Ravel's extraordinary orchestration skills with his iconic "Boléro" and the jazz-influenced Piano Concerto, featuring the talented Élisabeth Pion in her ESO debut. Experience the highlights from Gershwin's most successful opera, "Porgy and Bess," including "Summertime," the most covered song in history. The program is completed by Gould's high-energy "Symphonette No. 2," marking its American ESO premiere.
