Throughout its 20-year musical partnership, The Lost Melody – comprising pianist Joe Davidian, bassist Jamie Ousley, and drummer Austin McMahon – has pursued the stylistic approach pioneered by the Bill Evans Trio in the 1960s: a balanced and equitable dialogue among members. In homage to Evans on what would have been his 95th birthday, The Lost Melody delivers a soul-stirring performance at Dizzy’s Club, featuring the seminal artist’s timeless compositions and beloved arrangements.
